Enjoy the outskirts of M’hamid by camel trek. The M’hamid Palmerie is among one of seven throughout the Draa Valley. During the trek you will experience the varied terrain of the area surrounding the town in addition to visiting abandoned settlements of the nomads. The biggest Kasbah in the oasis is M’hamid Ksar – built in the aesthetic of Jewish architecture and constructed with clay.
This is a full day round trip tour departing out of M’hamid. Total trekking time will be approximately 5 hours.

8 AM: Pick up from accommodation in Zagora.
9:30 AM – 10 AM: Start the trek following the banks of the Draa River.
12 PM: Enjoy a picnic lunch among the shade of the palm trees.
2 PM – 5 PM: Continue trek along the M’hamid Palmerie and kasbahs.
5:30 PM – Return to accommodation in Zagora.
